In Borneo Reflexology Centre is a shop which provides several types of massages, according to the customers' needs. The nature of the business is health services, whereby it provides massages to improve overall health and mood.
As for value proposition, the shop offers a way for people to improve their health, in a more natural manner. Mr. Joseph stated that one of the benefits the shop offers to its customers and potential customers is to improve the functions of internal organs and systems. This allows people to heal and recover naturally, as opposed to depending on drugs and sedatives.
During the interview, Mr. Joseph stated that reflexology is considered to be an alternative to exercise. This is simply because the benefits that reflexology provides is similar to that attained when a person exercises. For instance, reflexology is capable of improving blood circulation, the same exercising does.
Apart from that, the services provided at the shop is also beneficial for healing purposes. Mr. Joseph told us a testimony from one of his loyal customers, who shall be renamed as Adam in this post. Initially, Adam was suffering from a half-body stroke. For three months, he had to walk with a cane. When he first started going to In Borneo, he would visit the shop every morning and evening with the hope of getting better. Surprisingly, after three months, Adam recovered from the stroke and could now walk without his cane! How can that not attract you to visit the shop?!

We're relatively sure that almost all of you just did.
Skin conditions, serious or otherwise, have left us feeling embarrassed, or made us lose our confidence at some point in our lives. We remember the acne farm that fostered on our faces back when we were in high school. It was not a pretty sight, and that left a huge scar on our self-esteem.
Which leads us to the first shop in our assignment - Ecogrowth Enterprise.

Ecogrowth Enterprise is a brick-and-mortar shop that sells natural and organic products, ranging from bar soaps to laundry detergent, in physical stores. The nature of the business is basically retail, specifically health product retail, meaning that products available at the shop are beneficial in terms of health.
One of the main brands that the shop carries is "Natural Origin."
Natural Origin manufactures and markets various products that are Earth friendly, 100 percent chemical free, and completely biodegradable - something that is not typically found in the soaps that we use today. If you are an advocate for animal rights and despise the idea of animal cruelty, you will be glad to know that these products are not tested on animals.

The shop also sells aromatherapy oil, which are usually used by spa centers to relax the mind and body. These oils have been proven to drastically improve moods and emotions, especially on days when stress is on overdrive.
Overall, we would deduce that the shop is indeed worth visiting when you are around Megalong. The fact that the products available at the shop are organic, and free from chemicals shows that this particular business has a strong value proposition to offer to potential customers. The atmosphere was inviting, and the shop operator was helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to explaining which product suits a person's skin.

To fulfill the requirements of this particular assignment, our group decided to focus our efforts three shops located in Megalong shopping mall, Donggongon, Kota Kinabalu.
The image above is a map on how to get to Megalong from SIDMA College Sabah. The journey would take approximately 15 to 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
All three shops will concentrate on one main theme, which is health. What are the details of these shops you ask? Stick around to find out!
